- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Smoking within hotel premises will result in a fine of Php 1500.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited with the exemption of birthday cakes.
- Outside liquor is subject to corkage.
- Extension beyond 4 hours is subject to availability and additional consumable hourly rate.
- Bringing in instruments or other electrical equipment will be charged an electricity charge of Php 500/equipment.
- Guests are advised to use hotel amenities and equipment with care. Any breakages/damages resulting from mishandling shall incur charges to be shouldered by the guest.
- Pins, thumbtacks, needles, glue guns, scotch tape, double-sided tapes, and any other adhesives for decorative purposes that may damage the venue are not allowed. Only masking tape or paper tape is allowed as adhesive for decoration. A charge of Php 3,000 will be imposed for damages caused by using unauthorized adhesives.
- Cancellation/reschedule of the event should be notified 24 hours before the event. Failure to notify the hotel will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellation/rescheduling of the event more than 24 hours can be accommodated up to 1 month from the event’s original date. Failure to rebook within 1 month from the original date of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rebooking of events must be of the same room category, downgrading of room category is prohibited. Rebooking/rescheduling will be subject to availability.
- Canceled reservations with a deposit cannot be converted/consumed at the restaurant or room accommodation.
- Rebooking/rescheduling of events may only be accommodated once.
